Intern at PNNL

National Security Internship Program Summer Cohort
The National Security Internship Program (NSIP) offers a chance to engage in hands-on learning and participate in a research experience with an assigned mentor as well as to interact with other research staff at the top of their field.
Minority-Serving Institution Partnership Program
The Minority-Serving Institution Partnership Program - National Nuclear Security Administration (MSIPP-NNSA) is a research-based experience for students who are traditionally underrepresented in STEM. MSIPP-NNSA is designed to build a sustainable pipeline between the U.S. Department of Energy facilities and national laboratories and specific minority-serving institutions in STEM disciplines. Applications open in December.

NNSA Graduate Fellowship Program
The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Graduate Fellowship Program (NGFP) identifies and develops the next generation of exceptional national security leaders to strengthen our nation through nuclear security. Applications for the salaried, year-long fellowship open in March.
