Biography

Duli Chand has conducted research on atmospheric and earth sciences over various land and oceanic environments. Dr. Chand research includes (a) Instrumentation, observation and participation in field campaigns for research on Atmosphere and Earth Sciences, (b) development of new satellite algorithms and image processing, (c) Radar, Lidar, satellites, and in-situ instrument data analysis/assimilation from Surface, Aircraft, and Orbital platforms (ARM, EPA, NASA, NOAA), (d) use of observations for research on Earth Sciences, Energy and Extreme Weather Events, and (e) validating the Earth System Models.
