Under the BOAs, vendors have agreed not to charge prices in excess of those listed above for units purchased through the DOE program for a period of 12 months. Current prices, which are for equipment delivered to the customer site only, and do not include installation costs, are in effect through December 2003. A sample BOA, including delivery terms and general product specifications from the Statement of Work, can be found in the RFP.
