Interfacial and Condensed Phase Science is important in nearly every scientific discipline. Technology and engineering of today's world depend to one degree or another on our ability to understand and manipulate condensed phases and interfacial processes.

Candidates selected to participate in the Summer Research Institute must be financially supported or anticipate being financially supported by their home institute by the beginning of the Summer Institute. Additionally, proof of financial support must be provided by your university on letterhead prior to the start of your appointment.
