The workshop is being held at the Sheraton National Arlington, I-395 Columbia Pike & Washington Boulevard, 900 South Orme Street, Arlington, Virginia 22204.

The Sheraton National has reserved a block of 100 sleep rooms under "SCaLeS Meeting" with a deadline of June 16, 2003, for confirmation or until the block fills. The Sheraton National Arlington operates a complimentary shuttle to and from Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA) every 30 minutes on the half-hour from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm.

The hotel also offers self-parking to hotel guests at $16/day with unlimited in-and-out privileges.

The hotel offers in-room ethernet connection at $9.95/day, in addition to phone modem dataports.

Please note: the DOE has made no special provision for supporting travel to this workshop except for the graduate student scribes. There is no registration fee.
