Abstract

We developed a low-cost infusion cart set-up for native mass spectrometry applications using a pump that can operate at both nano- and high-flow configurations. The platform can be coupled with online buffer exchange to further improve throughput. Several protein standards were tested, demonstrating the ability to maintain protein-ligand and protein-protein interactions.
