Cost-Benefit Analysis of the 2021 Washington State Energy Code – Commercial Provisions
Abstract
The state of Washington recently updated their current state commercial energy code, which is the 2018 Washington State Energy Code (2018 WSEC-C) to an updated version named the 2021 WSEC-C. This report assesses the life cycle costs and savings and greenhouse gas emissions impacts of the 2021 WSEC-C compared to the 2018 WSEC-C, as requested by the Washington State Building Code Council (SBCC).Published: June 13, 2023
