Abstract

NTESS, LBNL, PNNL, and Agilent are collaborating to expand a prototype system that processes hundreds of samples per day by UHPLC-QTOF mass spectrometric-based target methods for both metabolomic and proteomic application sin support the needs of strain optimization. Extending this technology to targeted triple quadrupole and drift tube ion mobility spectrometry mass spectrometric analyses offers direct advantages.
