Introductions

Vern Madson re-introduced Paul Kruger, from DOE, and SK Sundaram, a new steering committee member.

Presentation

Lee Prince, Marketing and Communications, gave a presentation on behavior at trade shows. This is in preparation for our steering committee members to work the Health and Safety Expo.

Health and Safety Expo

John Reck reported that

John and his committee will also be working on a scheme for nametags for the booth workers.

In addition, Russ Meicenheimer is working on a 3-ft x 5-ft poster to show what PNNL does.

VPP Pamphletd

We need to make one final tweak to the brochure and it will be ready to go. Roby Enge will be checking with Dr. Powell to see if we can substitute her name in the brochure for Adrian Roberts.

The VPP mugs are ready and in transit. Vern has secured a room at the Annex to store them.

Meeting adjourned about 3:30 p.m.
