Order Information
Loans from the PNNL library inventory require borrowers to bear the cost of round-trip air freight transportation of the phantom to and from their facilities, but otherwise there is no charge for loans to U.S. Department of Energy facilities. Borrowers are responsible for the replacement costs, if a phantom is lost or damaged.
