Biography

Jessica Bade is a data scientist in the Chemical and Biological Signatures group within the National Security Directorate at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). She develops software solutions and processes big data relevant to the fields of cheminformatics, metabolomics, and small molecule detection.

Bade’s recent work has involved developing software for the processing and scoring of data from various instruments (e.g., mass spectrometry and infrared spectra). She joined PNNL as an intern in 2017 and became a research staff member in 2019.
