Joint appointments between Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) and universities or non-profit research institutions provide a unique opportunity for researchers to expand their knowledge, while also elevating the scientific impact and productivity for both institutions. The Joint Appointment program at PNNL is unique due to the diversity of institutions represented within joint appointments partnerships, which is broader compared with other national laboratories. With over 60 universities and non-profit research institutions in the United States and abroad as part of our program, we are pleased to welcome 20 new joint appointees.
