Operations and Process Transformation
From increasing the Army's readiness to helping the textile industry more quickly respond to consumer needs, researchers at PNNL offer a wide range of capabilities that provide government and private clients with effective methods for improved performance. The OPT capability at PNNL includes experience across a broad spectrum of activities and technical disciplines. The staff performs problem-driven applied research, development and consulting in human factors and ergonomics, industrial engineering, manpower and personnel, operations research, systems analysis, training, logistics and organizational effectiveness.
