International Security and Nonproliferation
PNNL's International Security and Nonproliferation technical capabilities lend themselves to applications focused on solving domestic and international nuclear nonproliferation programs, arms control and treaty verification initiatives and combating nuclear terrorism. Approximately 20 percent of the staff members are co-located with our key customers in Washington, D.C., providing engineering analysis, program management and policy analysis expertise. Our staff members have leadership roles in seven major international programs, all of which are aimed at reducing the threat of nuclear proliferation and nuclear terrorism.
