Pacific Northwest National Laboratory's strategy is to drive investment and capabilities toward solving problems of great global and national significance. The National Security Directorate (NSD) is charged with providing science, technologies and leadership to prevent and counter acts of terrorism and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction by rapidly translating science into solutions.
NSD will address increasingly dynamic and sophisticated global threats through developing and delivering cutting-edge, relevant and unique science and technology capabilities to meet our clients' needs.
