Conference Sponsorship

We are seeking business, industry, and organizational sponsors for the conference and for individual conference activities. Please complete the contact form below for further information on sponsorship, or please complete the sponsorship registration form if you are interested in becoming a sponsor today.

Conference sponsors will be highlighted in the program, at the conference, and on the conference website. Sponsor representatives will be recognized at the opening session of the Conference. Contributions may be goods, services, or funds. Sponsorship will be acknowledged as:

Platinum: greater than $15,000. Platinum sponsors will be highlighted in the conference program, recognized and thanked at the opening session, advertised on the conference website with links to sponsor's website, and acknowledged in communications promoting the conference.

Gold: greater than $10,000 but less than $15,000. Gold sponsors will be highlighted in the conference program, recognized and thanked at the opening session and advertised on the conference website.

Silver: greater than $5,000 but less than $10,000. Silver sponsors will be highlighted in the conference program and recognized and thanked at the opening session.

Bronze: greater than $2000 but less than $5000. Bronze sponsors will be highlighted in the conference program.

Session Sponsors

Sponsors are also needed for the following 20 conference activities. All sponsorship funds will be used to operate the conference.

Technical Sessions. Sponsor will be highlighted in program and at the conference session. Sponsor representative will be recognized at the start of the session. Cost: $1000 per session.

- Microdevices-Developing micro chemical and thermal systems
Roundtable Sessions. Sponsor will be highlighted in program and at the conference session. Sponsor representative will be recognized at the start of the session. Cost: $1000 per session.

- How to Integrate Micro/Nano Technology into Products
- Roles and Requirements for Micro/Nano Technology

Business & Industry Reception. Sponsor will be highlighted in the program and at the conference. Cost: $4000. Funds will be used to provide refreshments at the reception.
Poster Paper Session Reception. Sponsor will be highlighted in the program and at the conference. Cost: $4000. Funds will be used to provide refreshments at the reception.
Industry Banquet. Sponsor will be highlighted in the program and at the conference. Sponsor representative will be recognized at the banquet. Cost: $2000. Funds will be used to promote the conference and the banquet. Attendees pay for their own meals.
Working Group Sessions. Sponsor will be highlighted in the program recognized and thanked at the working group session. Cost: $500 per session. Funds will be used to promote the conference.

Student Scholarships. Some college and university students need financial support in order to attend the conference. If you would be willing to sponsor a student please use the contact form. Cost: $150 per student. Scholarship funds will be used to pay registration fee for one student. Scholarship sponsors will be recognized in the conference program.

Hospitality Suite

Businesses, industries and other organizations may have a hospitality suite at University Place during the conference. Costs for the room, beverage and food services will be billed directly through University Place. Register the hospitality suite with the conference via the University Place web site. Cost: $500. The hospitality suite will be highlighted in pre-conference advertising and listed in the conference program.
