Research Projects
We are pleased to present "Examples of Research Conducted at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory." Our research projects are defined by the need for specific microtechnologies. The main focus of our research is to develop MICRO-CATS. Basic work in surface science and fabrication feed the development of new microdevices.
