Article addresses proteomics data management

Information management system converts data produced by mass spectrometers into information about the proteins present in biological samples.
“Managing the Flood of Proteomic Data: PRISM performs data management and automated analysis for high-throughput proteomics research,” by PNNL's Gordon Anderson has been published in Scientific Computing & Instrumentation.
Anderson is a chief engineer and director of the instrument development laboratory at the William R. Wiley Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory.
