Crosstalks

The ISRC has been instrumental in the development of departmental Crosstalks. "Crosstalks" are an executive summary of an issue that may have Department-wide implications. They provide minimal background material, describe observations and lessons learned, and make specific recommendations addressing the issue. These Crosstalks cover a wide range of technical, management, and policy issues.
