Delta Air Lines is offering the following special discounted fares for ICFRM-9: 5% discount off any published domestic fare (except group, inclusive tour, military, government, senior citizen, zone and visit USA fares), and 10% discount off regular coach fares. Additional discounts may be available if tickets are purchased 60 days or more before travel. Some restrictions will apply and seats are limited. To obtain these special fares, the following steps are suggested:

1. Call or have your travel agent call 800-241-6760 any day between 8:30 am and 11:00 pm eastern time.
2. Refer to File Number 122880A. Reference to the meeting title is not necessary.

Airport Shuttle/Rental Car

The hotel provides complimentary transportation from the Colorado Springs Airport to the hotel.

Shuttle service from the Denver International Airport to Colorado Springs is available through the Black & White Airport Shuttle. The cost is $35 one way or $70 round trip. Advanced reservations are required. Reservations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival by calling 888-814-3077. The shuttle may be found in the East Terminal outside Door 513, Island No. 3. Departure times from the airport are 9 am, 1 pm, 5 pm, and 8 pm. The shuttle will take you directly to the Sheraton Hotel.

Local car rental companies include Advantage, Avis, Enterprise, Hertz, National, and Sears.

The room rate is $79 single occupancy and $100 double occupancy including tax, and the cut-off date for reservations is 9/17/99. Hotel registration information will be provided with the third circular. Hotel registrations will be handled directly by the hotel, not by the conference organizers.

Weather Information

Moderate temperatures are expected during the conference with an average high of 19 °C (66 °F) and an average low of 3 °C (37 °F). Rainfall is minimal during October, but conference participants should be prepared for an unexpected rain or snow shower. Colorado Springs is 1839 m (6,035 ft) above sea level so participants with respiratory or cardiac concerns should exercise caution and avoid strenuous activity. Currency Exchange
