Conference Registration Fees

Pre-registration: On or before September 30, 1999: $550.

Pre-registration must be done by September 30, 1999. Payment of all fees (including Guest Program and social activities) must be received at Oak Ridge National Laboratory by October 1, 1999 for pre-registration to be complete. After October 1 attendees must register on-site.

Normal Registration: After September 30, 1999: $600.

Student: $100.

The registration fee includes:

• Participants: abstract book, proceedings, conference bag, welcome reception, conference banquet and all refreshment breaks.
• Students: abstract book, conference bag, welcome reception, conference banquet, and all refreshment breaks.

The Conference registration desk will be open from 3 - 6 pm and 7 - 9:30 pm on Sunday, October 10 and throughout the conference. Please check in to receive your badge, program, abstract booklet, guest program description, etc.

Electronic registration is strongly encouraged

Cancellations and Refunds

Hotel Cancellation Policy: No charge 48 hours prior to check-in.

Hotel Early Departure Penalty: If a participant checks-out before the originally scheduled departure date a $50 charge may be incurred depending on specific circumstances.

Prepayment of all extracurricular activity fees is mandatory. If minimum numbers are not met for the optional tours, fees will be refunded following the meeting. However, since a specific number must be guaranteed for the Flying W Ranch, refunds cannot be made for cancellations.
