Poster Preparation Instructions

The poster sessions will utilize poster boards mounted on small tables. Each presentation will be assigned a space and will be clearly labeled with the identification number of the paper. All poster sessions will be conducted in the Sheraton Grand Ballroom 2 (Salons D-G), which is adjacent to the ICFRM9 oral presentation rooms (Grand Ballroom Salons A-C). The usable space on each poster board is 110 cm (43 inches) high by 190 cm (75 inches) wide.

The title and authors should be printed in large characters (greater than 3.5 cm high) at the top of the poster presentation. The remaining text in the poster presentation should be at least 0.7 cm high so that it is easily visible from a distance of ~1 meter.

The poster should be posted in the morning of the day that it is scheduled for presentation. The posters should be removed immediately following the conclusion of the poster session. Velcro tape (available in the poster rooms) must be used to attach the posters to the poster boards. Push pins are not allowed since they will damage the poster boards. Refreshments (coffee, soft drinks) will be available immediately outside of the poster rooms during the poster sessions. Light snacks and beer and wine will also be served during the Wednesday evening poster session. Each poster session is scheduled for 3 hours.
