If you plan to arrive at the facility after office hours or on a holiday, please let us know. Arrangements will be made for you to obtain your room keys from one of our secure lock boxes. If you are delayed and/or have not been provided after hour information a sign located on the West Courtyard entrance door contains a phone number that can be called for lock box information and/or additional assistance. The telephone and boxes are located in front of the West Courtyard entrance. If a lock box is to be used, we will provide you with a box number and a number combination to retrieve your keys from the box. With in your assigned box will be your room key, room assignment and a diagram showing its location.
To get to the Guest House, drive North on George Washington Way, turn left on Battelle Boulevard at the traffic light. Take the first right on 'Q' Street. Then take the first right turn and an almost immediate right turn into the Guest House parking lot. The lock box will be located on the outer wall of the West entrance door. If you experience any trouble when unlocking your lock box, please pick up the telephone and call the security office at 375-1831 (the number is also listed inside the telephone box).
To cancel a reservation, call the Guest House during regular business hours no later than 24 hours in advance of the arrival date. A cancellation number will be provided.
Note: Guests who do not arrive for their reservation and have not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged for the room, plus tax, for one night.

The Guest House will consider room blocks as definite when the hosting organization/staff member reserves the block of rooms. Should the hosting organization/staff member choose to cancel the room block to move to a different facility the following fees will apply:
Three weeks prior to your date of arrival we will release the remaining unused portion of your room block for sale to other individuals and/or groups. All reservations received for your group after the above date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. If actual room use per night is less then 75% of your original block and the remaining rooms are not sold after your release date, you will be held responsible for 50% of the room costs from the unused portion of reserved rooms based on your original room block
