Damage Deposit
A damage deposit in the amount of $250.00 is required of guests who do not provide a credit card number. This deposit can be made by check or money order payable to The Guest House. If no damage is incurred to the room or common areas you are assigned, the full amount will be refunded within a week of departure from The Guest House.
