To cancel a reservation, call The Guest House at (509) 943-0400 during regular business hours by 3 p.m. the day before your scheduled arrival.
Note: Guests who do not arrive for their reservation and have not cancelled by 3 p.m. the day before their scheduled arrival will be charged for the room, plus tax, for one night.
