Experience:
Ms. Livingston specializes in the areas of data analysis, market assessment, econometric modeling and analysis. Her work has included industrial modeling projects for stochastic energy deployment systems. Other projects she has supported include analyzing results on residential building technologies, transportation and wind energy for DOE's Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) deployment surveys.
Current research interest is econometric modeling, specifically non-parametric estimation.
Prior to joining TP&D group in 2007, Ms. Livingston held a 3-year fellowship with PNNL's International Nuclear Safety Program (INSP). Her previous experience in the capacity of Financial Specialist for Chernobyl Shelter Implementation Plan Project Management Unit (Bechtel-Battelle-EDF consortium) resulted in a solid understanding of the domestic and international energy sector operations, problems and issues.
