Professional Expertise
Wei Jiang is a research engineer at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Her areas of expertise include building thermal system simulation, energy modeling, central cooling plants supervisory control, human thermal comfort analysis and risk analysis. Wei also has strong skills in data analysis. She is experienced with building system simulation tools such as DOE2 as well as data analysis and programming tools such as SPSS, MATLAB. Wei's current projects include commercial refrigeration equipment standard rulemaking and building energy modeling.
Wei was a research/teaching assistant at Drexel University before she joined PNNL in January 2006. She received her Ph.D. from Drexel University and completed both M.S. and B.S. at Tianjin University, China. Wei is a LEED accredited professional and registered engineer in training (EIT).
