Ronald (Ron) E. Jarnagin
Ronald E. Jarnagin is a staff scientist and program manager at Battelle's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland, Washington. He also serves as a Director-At-Large for the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). Mr. Jarnagin is the former chair of SSPC 90.1, Energy Standard for Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings. He currently is chair of ISO TC 205, Building Environment Design, and serves as a member of the Handbook Committee, Standards Committee, TC 4.7, Energy Calculations, and TC 9.6, Energy Systems Utilization. He also served on the IAQ 1998 Conference Steering Committee, the Technology Council Code Interaction Subcommittee, and the Presidential Ad Hoc Multidisciplinary Standards Implementation Subcommittee. He has written 25 papers and 30 articles.
