Experience:
Lisa Stevenson has more than 25 years of senior-level management experience, at both the corporate organization and multi-disciplinary project levels. She is a specialist in the integration of organizational issues and public-oriented policy considerations into the planning and management of technical programs, providing oversight and direction for strategic planning, organization development, and program design and implementation. For much of her career Ms. Stevenson has provided leadership for complex projects that cut across traditional lines, often involving new concepts or controversial issues, and requiring organizational and corporate cultural change. She has extensive experience working with boards of directors, task forces, and advisory committees, including assisting those groups in establishing organizational and research priorities. Areas of application have included energy, facility siting, emergency management, environmental issues, intergovernmental relations, and technology investment and deployment. She has worked with numerous parts of the Department of Energy and is currently assisting the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy with program planning and related implementation.
