Pacific Northwest National Laboratory User Housing Facility

You will find information on the Facility at http://www.pnl.gov/uhf. This Facility is within short walking distance of the Workshop at EMSL. Descriptions of the rooms are on the website. Please identify you are with the EMSP Workshop when placing your reservation. Rates offered for the "EMSP Workshop" are:

Multi-room Suites (dorm rooms) - $35 - each person has a private bathroom and bedroom, high speed internet access, as well as telephone number
One Bedroom Apartments - $55
Studio Rooms - $50 (includes in-room breakfast)

Some of the amenities in each room are:

Desk with high speed Internet connection and network access at up to 100 bps/second
TV with VCR and DIRECTTV® service
Microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher

Hotels

Make your reservation under the "EMSP Workshop (Battelle)" block of rooms. Cut-off date for registrations is April 8, 2003. After that date the cost will be the government rate. These hotels offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. To contact the hotel for shuttle service upon arrival at the airport, go to Baggage Claim and use the "hot" phone for your hotel.
