EMADVANTAGE allows an authorized user to make an emergency declaration. An electronic notification automatically notifies the EOC and other users outside of the EOC that are using EMADVANTAGE about the emergency.

Depending on how the EOCs operate, this function can be used as an initial warning system for other EOCs and personnel. An example of the emergency declaration screen shown in Figure 6.
