General Description
The Port of Benton is chartered to promote economic development and transportation, including general aviation, rail, and Columbia River marine commerce in the Port District. The Port is a municipal corporation under the direction of three elected commissioners and administered by an appointed executive director.

Funding
Availability of Industrial Development Revenue Bond Financing through the State of Washington. Will help with preparation and coordination with the appropriate grant agencies (e.g. Community Economic Revitalization Board).
Incubator Services
The Port of Benton owns and operates four development buildings totaling 55,000 sq. ft. Light industrial/lab/manufacturing space offered to new businesses.
