RM Construction & Interior Design, Inc. has leased 3.1 acres of land from the Port of Benton with plans to develop two, two-story professional buildings for office and laboratory users. The buildings are approximately 21,000 square feet each and will feature modern architectural elements and technology, including fiberoptic connectivity.
The Port of Benton recently finished leveling acres north of Penford Foods along the Columbia River for development. The Port continues to make the site attractive to office and lab users by clearing the property east of the Applied Process Engineering Laboratory and west of the 12 acres, adding another 2.5 acres for development.
