WBBA welcomes new staff member
The Washington Biotechnology and Biomedical Association named Stacie Byars as the new director of marketing and membership. Byars will develop and direct the organization's messaging and communications strategies to promote positive image, optimize media opportunities and cultivate strategic relationships, as well as build a comprehensive marketing program for membership development, recruitment and retention. The WBBA is a not-for-profit association of more than 450 life sciences companies, universities, academic institutions and others working together with the mission of providing better health to people everywhere.
