PocketiNet Communications, Inc., based in Walla Walla, Wash., plans to launch its WiMAX Technology in the Tri-Cities. WiMAX stands for Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, and is the next generation standard of wireless telecommunications technology that enhances outdoor wireless data access.
