Small Business Cost Proposal & Government Accounting Workshop
APRIL 1. The Washington Technology Center is hosting a Small Business Innovation Research / Small Business Technology Transfer workshop in Vancouver, Wash., featuring Jim Greenwood of the Greenwood Consulting Group, well-known SBIR and STTR consultants. The workshop will focus on the cost proposal and accounting for SBIR and STTR awards and will cover basic terms and concepts like direct versus indirect rates, allowable and unallowable costs, and cost proposal format variations among the Federal agencies. The session will also include an exercise to estimate the indirect/facilities & administrative rate for a business. More information and online registration.
