Cadwell increases share of AMIC

Advanced Medical Isotope Corporation, based in Kennewick, Wash., announced that one of its directors has increased its share of the company by converting preferred stock into common stock. Carl Cadwell, a member of the company's board of directors, converted 95,000 shares of Series A preferred Stock into nearly 11,000 shares of common stock. The transaction increases Cadwell's share in the company to approximately 40%. The company produces and distributes medical isotopes for advanced diagnostic and non-surgical therapeutic applications.
