Tri-Cities Tech Business Update

March 2008 Issue

New building will house economic development, tourism agencies

Three organizations—the Tri-City Development Council, Tri-Cities Visitor & Convention Bureau, and Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce—have begun constructing a new building that will become their shared home later this year. The $2.8 million, 14,650-square-foot building on Young Street and Grandridge Avenue near the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick, Wash. is expected to be completed in late 2008. It will provide separate work areas and common shared spaces including a conference room, lobby, and an outdoor patio. Naming rights sponsorships are available.
