*Styrofoam packing peanuts requested for SIGN

The Richland, Wash.-based Surgical Implant Generation Network is asking for donations of StyrofoamTM peanuts used to pack items for shipment. The company is an international non-profit organization dedicated to teaching surgeons in developing countries modern orthopaedic care for trauma patients. SIGN also designs, manufactures, and donates FDA-cleared orthopaedic implants to hospitals that treat the poor. To help reduce shipping costs and help SIGN stretch funds, the organization accepts donations of recycled Styrofoam peanuts.
