Partnership reached to manufacture medical isotopes
Advanced Medical Isotope Corporation is partnering with the University of Missouri to develop a compact device to produce medical isotopes. AMIC, based in Kennewick, Wash., produces and distributes medical isotopes. The University holds intellectual property for a system than can generate clinically relevant quantities of medical isotopes without using a nuclear reactor.
