October 15. Learn how to do business with the U.S. General Services Administration. Attend a free workshop, "GSA 101 - Understanding the Multiple Award Schedules Program" on October 15 from 10 am - 12 noon at the Bechtel Board Room, Tri-Cities Business and Visitor Center, 7130 Grandridge Blvd., Kennewick. It's not for startups; attendees should have made sales for at least two years.
