PNNL's Carl Imhoff, who manages electricity infrastructure research at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, provided details about the latest developments on the Pacific Northwest Smart Grid Demonstration Project at the First International Conference and Workshop on Transactive Energy held this past May in Portland.
