Scores of workers are completing the buildout of the $9.5 million first phase of an 80-unit apartment complex located on Innovation Blvd. in the Research District. Tentatively known as the Lofts at Innovation Center, the units are only blocks away from WSU Tri-Cities, the PNNL campus, and the offices of major Hanford contractors.
