New warehouses near the TCRD

The first of four planned 20,000-square-foot high-bay warehouses with loading docks is under construction near the Tri-Cities Research District with completion scheduled for October 2012. They are 32-feet eve-height clear-span warehouses with heat and fire sprinklers. The warehouse can be split into a mixture of suite sizes, each with a loading dock as well as an at-grade truck door at the rear of the building.
