MAY 13. REGISTER BY MAY 7. "Six Sigma Basics" is the focus of a meeting of the Columbia Basin section of the American Society for Quality. The meeting will be held May 13 at the Shilo Inn in Richland, Wash. Janice Allison of Bechtel National, Inc., will discuss the methodologies of the Six Sigma and using information and statistical analysis to measure and improve an organization's performance, practices, and systems. Check-in time is 5:30 pm followed by chapter business and a buffet dinner at 6 pm. The presentation begins at 7 pm.
