MAY 7. REGISTER BY APRIL 30. The Three Rivers Alliance of Chambers will hold the 13th Annual Mid-Columbia Small Business of the Year Awards at the Three Rivers Convention Center on May 7 in Kennewick, Wash. This year's keynote speaker will be Joe Estey, a productivity expert who will discuss how to build a successful business and career. The cost is $30 per person and $240 to reserve a table of eight.
