The Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce held its annual meeting and awards luncheon recently where keynote speaker Dan Preston received the Alumnus of Distinction award. Preston, a successful former Tri-Citian, is an engineer and inventor, and developer of the digital version of what became General Motor's OnStar program.
