The Workforce and Economic Development Conference 2009 will take place Oct. 27-29 at the Davenport Hotel in Spokane, Wash.
Eric Liu, Seattle author and a former speechwriter for President Clinton who serves on the Washington State Board of Education, and Dr. Arun Raha, executive director of Washington's Economic and Revenue Forecast Council, will be keynote speakers.
