Amphibian Groups
The species listed reflect surveys by PNNL since 2003 of sloughs and backwater areas along the Benton County shoreline of the Hanford Reach (2005 Hanford Site Annual Environmental Report), and by the Nature Conservancy in 1995 and 1998 (Hallock 1998 and TNC 1999). The Pacific treefrog is known from the lower Yakima River (Hallock and McAllister 2005), but there have been no positive sightings on the Hanford Site.
