PNNL has established a new program with the USAF's Air Mobility Command to upgrade USAF Base Energy Management and Control Systems to enhance ability to provide load shedding and load rolling capabilities during peak power demand periods to reduce electrical usage. This will be accomplished via software programming and hardware modifications. The first of expected multiple base applications will be at Travis AFB.
